On the day of your wedding, there is no better feeling than taking it all in whilst someone else makes sure it is running to plan. After all, your day is about carrying your bouquet and not your clipboard.
We meet with our bridal couples 4-6 weeks out from your big day to fill in the gaps – as much as we make sure the day runs smoothly, we are also there to be sure that nothing has been overlooked or underestimated.
On your big day, we will be there to set up, style, oversee and ensure that to ensure we have a seamless and breathtaking wedding delivery.

Consolidated and unlimited email correspondence from the date of our handover meeting
Liaising with supplies in the week leading up to your wedding day to confirm inventory & bump in/out
Setting up all the areas of your celebration; ceremony, canapes & reception
Coordination of all your suppliers; ensuring they are on time and on task
Communication with the celebrant & musicians to cue the bride and her party
Ceremony pack up if required
Assisting the photographer
Creation of an extensive run sheet and styling brief with distribution to the bridal couple and suppliers
The OB team on site for 10-14 hours of On-The-Day Coordination.
Liaising with the MC to keep the reception running on time
Full day of time & schedule management
Keeping the caterers informed of timelines
Ensuring the cake knife is ready and the microphone is on
Confirming that the right music is played for all of your formalities

Our On-The-Day Coordination Package does not include Styling in entirety. We are given your styling brief and we set up according to your wishes and using our discretion where indicated
